Location: West Monroe, Louisiana

Pay: $18–$22 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager with payroll and QuickBooks experience to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily office activities and administrative tasks.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and office documents.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Process payroll, review employee time records, and maintain payroll records.
• Use QuickBooks for invoicing, recording transactions, and basic bookkeeping.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Support management and staff with day-to-day business needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous payroll processing and QuickBooks experience required.
• Previous office management or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential employee and financial information.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

CEMENT TRUCK DRIVER

Earn $19.50 Per Hour

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations
• Deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites
• Adjust concrete slump as requested and safely discharge loads using mixer controls and chutes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Clean mixer drums, chutes, and related equipment to maintain proper operation
• Complete delivery documentation and collect payments when required
• Monitor vehicle condition, including oil, fuel, coolant, and other essential systems
• Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors using GPS, radios, and other devices
• Assist with plant operations, housekeeping, and general maintenance duties as needed
• Operate additional equipment such as plant trucks, road sweepers, and other site machinery when required

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class B CDL (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in ready-mix concrete, construction, or a related industry preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to read gauges and operate mixer controls
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

• Secure and connect duct components according to project specifications.
